혹시 OS X쓰시나요? 일러스트CS2에서 그런 현상이 있더군요.
해결방법은 시스템환경설정/다국어/언어부분에 English를 한글위로 제일 1번째로 드레그 해주시면 됩니다.(해봤음 ^^;;) 안되면 재 로긴해보시구요.

아직 CS2 버젼을 사용해 보질 못해서 도움이 될지는 모르겠으나, 사용자 --> 사용자 계정 --> 라이브러리 --> Application Support 폴더 안에 있는 Adobe Illustrator Support 폴더를 삭제하신 후에 문제가 해결이 되는지를 확인하여 보시기 바랍니다.
